OUR LAW FIRM
Our law firm is the first of its kind founded in Arad in 1999. In 2003 we opened an additional law office in Timisoara. Thus the law firm covers the entire West Region of Romania. Further, through long-standing and close cooperation with reputable lawyers in Bucharest, Cluj, Brașov, Iași, Craiova, etc., we extended our coverage to those key markets as well.
As of now, the law firm has ten (10) lawyers. Our practice is geared primarily to represent business firms. Our main clients are commercial banks, industrial firms, trading organizations, real estate developing firms, service providers, agricultural concerns, local Chambers of Commerce, Trade & Farming. We also represent a growing number of non-profit organizations.
The law firm cooperates with reputable specialists in fields such as, tax planning, auditing and financial accounting, valuation of firms and assets, land surveying, public notaries, translations of legal documents, environments studies consulting, health & safety issues in labor law.
