SCPA Valentin & Asociatii knows the importance of processing personal data and undertakes to protect their confidentiality and security, by respecting the Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter GDPR).

Personal Data means: surname, first name, residence, CNP (personal number), identity document’s data, phone number, e-mail address.

We are respecting your right to access, amend, request the erasure or to request the restriction of using the personal information, in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation 2016/679.You are entitled to know what personal information we are keeping about you. Upon request, we can provide a copy of the personal information in a structured format.
If the personal information is inaccurate or incomplete, you are entitled to update them or to request us top updated them.
You are entitled to object to processing of your personal information. Also, you can request us to erase or to restrict the way in which we are using your personal information.

6. We can disclose your personal information to the following parties for the following purposes:
We can disclose your personal information to public institutions and to third parties. This disclosure is necessary to communicate with you. We are trying to minimize the quantity of personal information disclosed by us at what is directly relevant and necessary in order to achieve the specified purpose.

7. How long are we keeping the personal information?
We are keeping the personal information as long as necessary for fulfilling the commitments undertaken and for keeping in touch with you.
In accordance to legal provisions in force we are obliged to keep the relevant information for a minimum period of time for an eventual investigation or dispute for the law enforcement bodies.
After is no longer necessary to keep your personal information, we will order their erasure in a safe manner.
We respect your legal right to request the erasure of the personal information from our system.

In case of a personal data breach, SCPA Valentin & Asociatii will notify this to A.N.S.P.D.C.P. (National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing), without undue delay, and, where feasible, not later than 72 hours after having become aware of it, unless the personal data breach is not generating a risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons.
